What does my cat want for breakfast

Many scientists believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A person who has breakfast will spend the day much more energetic, more fun, and productive than a person who has not eaten breakfast. Everyone eats different breakfasts based on their preferences. Someone may eat cereal, others scrambled eggs, omelet, sandwiches. Usually, we ask our loved ones what they prefer, but what about our pets and their preferences? After all, animals, like people, get tired of eating the same thing every day. Many people ask the question “What does my cat want for breakfast?” This question cannot be fully answered without being a cat, but it can be inferred from what cats love and what is useful for them to compose a varied breakfast menu for them:)

What foods are good for cats?

Let’s start with the fact that for your cat to be healthy and happy, you should first of all feed your cat with healthy products. The organism of cats is designed in such a way that it needs proteins most of all. Protein should be included in the daily diet of cats. Amino acids (threonine, tryptophan, lysine, histidine, isoleucine), carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins (B, C, PP, H, E, A) are also important for the cat's healthy lifestyle. If you want to feed your cat with natural health products, do not take them from your table, because cats cannot eat everything that humans can eat. Their metabolism is different. Some human foods can lead to diarrhea, stomach problems, and even cardiovascular problems. So be careful with this. Now we will consider foods that can and should be included in the cat’s diet.

  • Meat products (chicken, beef, turkey, minced meat): Meat products contain a lot of protein, which is very important for cats. Meat should be boiled you can cut it into small portions.
  • Offal (liver, kidneys, heart): Boiled offal products are useful not only for humans but also for cats. For example, the liver contains vitamins of groups A and B.
  • Sea fish: Sea fish contains vitamins that cats need, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium. It is worth giving in a boiled form not more than two times a week.
  • Cereals (buckwheat, rice, semolina, oatmeal): Cereals contain essential carbohydrates. Just remember that cereals need to be boiled in water. Cats cannot digest milk, to avoid diarrhea, do not cook cereals in milk
  • Greens and vegetables: We all know that greens and vegetables are a source of vitamins and minerals. Cats also can be given in a modified form you can mix vegetables with meat.
